Upon the Giant shoulders, I stand tall
Seeing far beyond the nearest wall
The world shrinks small beneath my feet
And petty worries taste bittersweet.
Perched high, atop these mighty ones,
I soar eclipsing then setting suns
Over mountains, my gaze commands
As envy’s whispers, like shifting sands
Upon the Giants shoulders, I stand
To shine bright, I must learn and discern
My vision broadens, my spirit grows wide,
Their path, a beacon, my constant guide,
Let not pride meet pride in vain
Like a train, moving it’s lost reign
I’ll stay Steady on these towering rails
For even if all else fails.

STANDING ON THE SHOULDERS OF GIANTS
In the moonlight glow,
People learn lessons.
Boosting their spirits,
Never forgetting guidance to success,
From wise mentors.
Lost in ignorance’s forest,
Like chicks seeking warmth,
People encounter sages,
Guiding them from darkness,
Which traps the mind.
Valiant, honorable individuals,
Toil in sun and rain,
Teaching the uninformed
To avoid repeated falls,
For those with clouded vision.
Leaders are forged from resolve,
Reflecting our era,
Others follow their paths,
Seeking new discoveries,
Creating significant legacies.
The footprints of greatness,
Result from evolved minds.
From students to leaders,
Leaders to influential educators
Teaching truth and depth.
Leaders aren’t born,
They evolve through experiences,
Footprints left in ancient times,
Progressing to modern eras,
Creating resilient individuals.

STANDING ON THE SHOULDERS OF GIANTS
Upon the shoulders of giants, we stand,
Their wisdom and knowledge, our guiding light.
Their towering stature, across the land
Propels forward, through the darkest night.
Their noble deeds echo through the ages,
Their legacy shaping our destiny
Their brilliance sparks our creative stages
Their wisdom fuels our quest for unity.
In their footsteps, we march with purpose strong,
Their lessons learned, our beacon in the storm.
Their towering presence inspire our song
Their timeless wisdom keeps our hearts warm
So let us honor those who came before
And build upon their legacy evermore

STANDING ON THE SHOULDERS OF GIANTS
Like a rag I was treated in disdain
My suffering and anguish was plain
Like a ship I struggled to sail
To sail through my haboured pain
But all effort seems to fail
My life was on the nail
A pounding plight I was, who could bail me out?
When voices are saying am in pair hope.
I would wail if only my voice was heard
For I was tied with my tail between my legs.
Tired of been behind bars of rage
I decided to break my depression cage
after all weeping pays no wage
casualty had made me a sage
when standing on the shoulders of giants
oblige me to be brilliant
my narrow eyes were made wide
standing on the shoulders of giants
in convenience, I mingle with the great
now I am a shining star
that shines just as bright
like a glowing moon at night.
